Do unused credits roll over?
For Pro subscribers, unused credits from your monthly allocation roll over for up to 3 months. Top-up credits never expire.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, your credits are automatically refunded. This typically happens within seconds.
Can I use the generated content commercially?
Yes! All content generated with Arcads (both free and Pro) can be used for commercial purposes including advertisements, products, and marketing materials.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
